It does not keep government records and is not connected with the Holyoke City Clerk, Hampden County Registry of Deeds, the Massachusetts Trial Court, or any other records custodian.

3. Consumer Reporting Status

Holyoke Residents Directory is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Neither the material here nor results produced by linked search tools are consumer reports. They may not be used to decide eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another purpose covered by the FCRA.

4. External Services

Government portals, external resources, and sponsored search providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Their availability, prices, content, and data handling are outside our control.

5. Availability and Warranties

The service is offered “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that information is complete, accurate, or current, or that a linked Holyoke, Hampden County, or Massachusetts portal will remain available or return a correct result.

6. Liability Limits

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages arising from use of this service or a linked resource, including decisions based on a record found through either.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the operators harmless from claims, demands, and reasonable attorneys' fees resulting from misuse of the service or a breach of these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The service's original text, design, logo, and layout are protected by copyright. You may link to a page and quote short excerpts with attribution, but you may not republish full pages or systematically copy the content.

9. Term Updates

These terms may be revised by posting an updated version here. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Restricting Access

We may suspend, block, or limit access without notice when a user violates these terms or misuses the service.

11. Massachusetts Law

These terms are governed by Massachusetts law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Public-record access discussed here is subject to Massachusetts Public Records Law, M.G.L. c.66, §10; the exemptions in M.G.L. c.4, §7(26); and 950 CMR 32.00. Those provisions do not override record-specific confidentiality, privacy, or access restrictions.

12. Severability

If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
